Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this quiet, attractive, comfortable cottage located in the main St. Simons Island Village area. Built in 2012, the home is located in a private, upscale neighborhood of Village Oaks and features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The open and alluring floor plan features a living room, dining room and kitchen. In addition, the kitchen has a nice island and bar stools for extra seating. A large flat screen TV is mounted over the decorative fireplace. The master bedroom features a King size bed, large sitting area and bath with a custom shower - all leading out to a deck on the first level. The laundry room and an additional half bath are also on the first floor.
The second floor has two additional bedrooms. The first has a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with a nice walk in shower. The second bedroom also has a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Located on the landing at the top of the stairs, there are two additional twin beds and a nice sitting area with a love seat and a large flat screened TV. The side yard has nice deck and the yard is neatly landscaped. This house is just around the corner from the main village and its' many attractions including the Village Pier, Neptune Fun Zone and tidal beach access. Walk to your favorite restaurant - Barbara Jeans, Brogens, Iguanas or Zuzu's!

Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
No pets are allowed on this property.
Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway (garage is not available)
Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a starting supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
Fireplaces are for decorative purposes only.
The garage is locked - owner's use only.
The grill is not available for use.

The home that my nice and her family stayed was amazing. It was immaculate and well appointed. The location could not have been better, in walking distance to everything. The home was perfect for two adults and five children. When the week over no one wanted to leave. We will return this home again!!

This very attractive home is very well appointed with all the necessities to make for a relaxing week! The lovely grounds and front porch make for great coffee drinking and happy hour! Wonderful neighborhood located just a short walk to town! The Pier and many excellent dining options along with great shopping opportunities are easily walkable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay! The neighborhood is so charming a quaint, quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The only thing we didn’t realize (which wasn’t really a problem) but it being our first time to st. Simons we didn’t realize the beach closest to this house is very small, almost nonexistent at high-tide. We also kind of expected some sort of direction on where/how to access the beach which was never really explained. But we figured it out and rented a golf cart which the kids loved! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

As listed for no pets allowed, there were signs of a pet in this home right away. The air was not fresh and a lot of dust present behind and under furniture. The master bed mattress was wearing out and in need of replacement. Pillows with dog sayings, a basket of dog chew toys tucked under a table. It was not helpful knowing that it was a home where a dog lives. I have asthma and the smell was obvious to me. The kitchen had worn out pots and pans and the kitchen cabinets could use some decluttering. The day we arrived I was drying my hands in the bathroom and the hand towel rack fell off the wall, so I feel the home could be kept up better.
