The Olivier Cottage - Space, Comfort & Park View
Ideal for large families or getaways with friends, the Olivier cottage offers a beautiful 65 m² duplex space. Located on the north side of the estate, it has a completely independent entrance to ensure your independence and tranquillity.
On the ground floor: Conviviality and openness to nature
The ground floor opens onto a large bright living room. You will find a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, gas cooker), friendly and functional. It directly overlooks a comfortable living room with television, offering a lovely view of the wooded park, right next to the petanque court. Independent toilets complete this level.
Upstairs: Two modular master suites
Designed to adapt to all travel configurations, the first floor houses two superb night spaces:
The first bedroom: A master bedroom with modular beds (choice of 2 single beds of 90x200 or 1 large double bed of 180x200) with its own private shower room with toilet.
The second bedroom: An ideal space for children or adults including a bunk bed (90x200) and two modular beds (2 single beds of 90x200 or 1 double bed of 180x200), also with its own private shower room with toilet.
The outdoor favourite: Enjoy the summer evenings with its beautiful 12 m² shaded terrace. A privileged space to gather around a large table after a game of petanque in the park.
