spacious, communication with owner was good

- two flights of stairs to go from bedroom to bathroom - missing essential products to make arrival easier (dish soap, coffee, tea etc), those present were almost empty or old - was freezing cold when I arrived, would have been nice to have heat put on before arrival (the apartment is big, takes a long time to warm up the space)

The flat was equipped with all imaginable appliances. Ask the landlord for a detailed plan of how to get to and from the apartment (narrow streets, one-way streets, elevated streets).

the sofa looks like you are sitting in the kitchen. It lacks cosiness.

Spotlessly clean appartment with absolutely everything and anything you may need. Very comfy bedding and good WiFi.. Very central to Pont Saint Esprit and good base to visit the area: Pont du Gard, Ardèche, Avignon, Vaison la Romaine and Orange.

Pont St Esprit itself is frustrating so much potential with Middle Ages building and heritage but quite dirty.

Good base for touring the area

Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Easy access and quick response from owner to queries. Parking was easy and supermarkets etc walking distance

Bathroom on ground floor with noisy stairs from bedroom so hard not to wake partner.

The location was very good to reach to popular spots. The air conditioners worked well for every space and the space was spacious. Of course the host was kind!

Sehr geeignet für eine Vierergruppe, die nicht allzu viel Zeit im Haus verbringen will, sondern eine komfortable ordentl

In dieser Unterkunft fehlte es wirklich an nichts! Die Betten waren bezogen, die Küche gut ausgestattet, selbst für einen längeren Aufenthalt absolut geeignet, einziger Vorteil wäre es, relativ sportlich zu sein, um mit dem etwas gefährlichen Treppenhaus gut zurecht zu kommen.

Das steile Treppenhaus ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und sollte langsam und aufmerksam betreten werden. Man müsste wissen, dass Bad und WC in der unteren Etage sind, dazwischen die Küche und ganz oben die Schlafzimmer.
