Your reservation includes TWO PRIVATE HOMES—Decatur Inn and Claiborne Inn—at 218 and 220 Rose Street in Lafayette. Designed for a group of up to 10, this stay offers 5 king bedrooms and 4 bathrooms across two neighboring, self-contained homes. Enjoy time together with the freedom to retreat to your own private living space.
Decatur Inn has 3 king bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; Claiborne Inn has 2 king bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each home has memory-foam mattresses, a full kitchen, its own living space, Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee, a washer and dryer, and free parking. Both are newly constructed, one-story homes with separate entrances; they are not physically connected.
Two kitchens and two sets of laundry make longer stays easier, while four bathrooms and five king bedrooms give families, couples and work crews room to settle in. An excellent base for wedding guests, sports tournament travelers, festival visitors and group visits to Lafayette. This is accommodation for registered guests, not an event venue.
Convenient to downtown Lafayette, UL Lafayette, the airport, area hospitals and Broussard Sports Complex.
Check-in: 4:00–11:00 p.m. Checkout: 11:00 a.m. No smoking and no parties or get-togethers. The house rules apply to both homes. The entire reservation includes both homes for the same dates.
