Welcome to Pineapple Palace — a spacious 5-bedroom Southern California retreat designed for families, friends, and groups looking for plenty of room to relax, gather, and enjoy time together.
The property offers the privacy and space of a full home with a large outdoor area, private pool and spa, game room, multiple gathering spaces, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Whether you're spending the day by the pool, having dinner together outside, playing games, or winding down around the fire pits, the home was set up with group stays in mind.
THE HOME
Our 5-bedroom, 3-bath home comfortably accommodates larger groups while still providing plenty of space to relax.
Inside, you'll find multiple living and gathering areas, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, stocked bathrooms and a game room for both kids and adults. There's also additional refrigerators poolside and in the garage, which is great for extra beverages when gathering.
POOL & SPA
Guests have private access to the pool and hot tub throughout their stay.
The pool area is one of our favorite parts of the property with waterfalls, an incredible view of the Lakeside mountains and a swim up bar with seats. It provides plenty of space for swimming, lounging and sun bathing.
GAME ROOM & ENTERTAINMENT
The game room in the garage gives guests another place to hang out and is especially great for families and groups traveling with kids. It’s decked out with a pool table, basketball game, a Nintendo Switch and more.
We also have outdoor games and activities, including a golf putting green, so there's plenty to do between staying at home and exploring San Diego.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The property was made for enjoying Southern California weather.
You'll have access to a large private front and back yard with multiple seating areas, outdoor dining space, string lights, three fire pits, a pool and spa, citrus trees, chickens and plenty of space to gather.
CHICKENS
Yes, we have chickens!
They live in their designated area of the property and are part of the Pineapple Palace experience. They are very friendly, especially our rooster Dolly PartHen, but we ask guests to please stay out of their coop.
PARKING
One of the biggest advantages for larger groups is our on-site parking. The property can accommodate approximately 7 vehicles depending on vehicle size.
Please note that street parking is not permitted as a courtesy to our neighbors, so all guest vehicles must fit within the property.
LONGER STAYS
Guests staying 6 nights or longer are welcome to use the laundry room during their stay.
GOOD TO KNOW
This is a privately owned home, not a hotel or commercial resort, and we are a small working family, not a professional property management company. With a property of this size and the number of amenities we offer, occasionally something may need attention during a stay.
If anything isn't working as expected, please message us right away. We would much rather have the opportunity to fix something during your stay than learn about it afterward.
We have a 100% communication rate and take being responsive hosts seriously.
GATHERINGS & VISITORS
Your reservation is based on the number of registered guests.
Additional visitors and gatherings are not automatically included with a standard reservation and must be discussed with and approved by us in advance.
We've accommodated certain celebrations and gatherings in the past, but additional requirements and fees may apply depending on the number of people and nature of the gathering.
Please reach out before booking if you're considering having additional visitors at the property.

We want guests to enjoy the property while also helping us take care of our home and remain respectful of our neighbors.
Please observe quiet hours, keep music at a respectful level, park only in designated areas on the property, and do not host unapproved gatherings or additional guests.
