Location was perfect. We could have walked to the beach but there were signs on the beach advising not going in the water so we had to drive to a different beach. Breakfast was good.
The bathroom was not in the room it was down the hall, not far at all, but not convenient especially when you have to get up during the night. The bathroom was very narrow, no ventilation, only an exhaust fan. The toilet was right next to the door. Really only room for one person at a time. We had a party of 4 so it was tight. The bathroom was very clean, loved the robes!!

Gorgeous exterior! Yes, stop and smell the roses. :) Room #11 is a comfy, larger room with private bath. Very convenient to Coronado Island businesses. WiFi included with cable TV. Appreciated the bottled water!
Worth the convenience of location, quite neighborhood and yet very close in walking distance to Orange Ave businesses. Delicious chocolate chip cookies and other packaged baked goods in the hallway nook.
Room 11 is noisy with guests coming and going.
I only met the onsite personnel once when I was turning in my keys... and it was very brief.

It was pretty.
I would have appreciated knowing about the stairs. We arrived late and had a very difficult time getting our luggage up to the room and the same for getting it back down. Also the sink was very loose from the wall.
