About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Saint-Michel-en-Grève, situated opposite the bay. It has a floor area of 160 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely 80 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the first floor:
- An 80 m² living area with: a wood-burning stove, TV, armchairs and a sofa; an open-plan fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.; and a dining area
- A bathroom (with shower)
- A separate toilet
On the second floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140x200) and two single beds (90x190)
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A 60 m² terrace on the first floor, facing west, furnished with garden furniture, a barbecue and sun loungers, ideal for enjoying sunny days.
The house is ideally situated in Saint-Michel-en-Grève, in a very pleasant setting. Nearby you’ll find a small grocery shop, a bar-restaurant and a tobacconist’s. A few kilometres away, Plestin-les-Grèves has a supermarket as well as numerous shops, banks and restaurants.
Activities:
- Kitesurfing, windsurfing and sand yachting (school nearby)
- Paragliding site nearby
- Shellfish gathering and surf casting
- Plenty of places to visit in the surrounding area: castles, eco-museums…
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park near the house (public car park).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Lannion railway station, approximately 9 km away
- Brest-Bretagne Airport, approximately 70 km away
