Come and enjoy the joys of the sea just a few steps from the beach. Access to the GR 34 of the house.

The house has a south terrace and a beautiful view of the sea allowing you to watch the sunsets every evening.
Games and books are also available. The house is 165m2. It has 4 bedrooms. The first has a bed of 160 and its private bathroom with shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a bed of 140, the third of 160. These two bedrooms have a bathroom with toilet on a common landing. The last one has 2 bunk beds of 90 and a third small bed of 90. Sheets are automatically provided and beds made on arrival. You can walk directly down to the beach by the hiking trails. You will be there in barely 10 minutes. The area is wild and preserved. You will be close to the 7 islands reserve in Perros Guirec. The area offers many markets including that of Lannion.
