Maritime style villa, the house is at the entrance to the stalemate of the chapel of St Efflam facing the sea in first place. The furniture originally was a great hotel and has an unusual charm that breathes holidays! You would find everything to spend an unforgettable vacation.
The facade of the house directly on the beach of St Efflam, we have a panoramic view, without vis-à-vis, all living rooms of the sea live. As the house also benefits from important windows on the gable called "rotunda" and also on the back of the building, the house is very bright and pleasant to live.
The style of our interior decoration is rather "workshop" and very to the taste of day. The bathrooms are, like the whole house, bright and showers to the Italian. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a beautiful hammam tiled, connected.
The house benefits from a small terrace in front, just what to put a small table and chairs. The large lawn that forms part of the coastline and miles of beach with immediate access serves as a garden for us!We love our beautiful home and spend friendly moments in it around the table and the bar! The house is therefore very well equipped for your comfort with Kitchenaid and robot and all the necessary cookware to prepare and enjoy delicious local products!
There are English and French books and toys available.
We are 5 minutes walk from the sailing school and directly on the GR 34 for beautiful walks. Plestin les Greves is well animated with its markets and sports and cultural activities.
