Your reservation includes TWO PRIVATE HOMES—Royal Inn and Canal Inn—at 223 and 221 East Spring Street in Lafayette. University Inn brings your group together with 4 bedrooms, 4 ensuite bathrooms, 2 king beds and 2 queen beds across two private, two-story homes. Comfortable for up to 8 guests, with separate entrances and living spaces so families, couples and group members can enjoy time together and their own privacy.
Each home includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, Nespresso machine, fast Wi-Fi, bedroom TVs, memory-foam mattresses, a balcony and free covered parking. Enjoy two kitchens and two living spaces throughout your stay.
Both homes are two-story units: each has one bedroom downstairs, with the other bedroom and living areas upstairs. Stairs are required to reach the upstairs spaces. Each home has its own entrance.
A convenient Lafayette base for university visits, wedding guests, sports travelers, festival visitors, families and work crews, near downtown, UL Lafayette, the airport, hospitals and Broussard Sports Complex.
