The villa spans three floors and features spacious interiors filled with natural light through large glass surfaces, offering views of the sea and Mount Biokovo. The outdoor area includes an elegant infinity pool, a lounge and seating area, a summer kitchen with a pizza oven and grill, an outdoor shower, and an outdoor toilet. Direct sea access is available from the property.
The ground floor includes a Mediterranean-style living area with sea and mountain views, a smart TV, an indoor fireplace, and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen features high-quality appliances and a wine cellar. A wellness area with a sauna and gym is also located within the villa.
The first floor hosts air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and terrace access. The second floor follows the same layout, with spacious bedrooms designed to maximize sunlight and views, each opening onto luxurious terraces.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all indoor living spaces, the wellness facilities, swimming pool, outdoor terraces, direct sea access, and private parking.
