Villa contains three apartments and one vast unit on the ground floor, where there's pool situated also. Total 340 m2. Property offers comfortable and contemporary accommodation units for 10-12 people, has private heated pool (24/7) of 30 m2, several terraces, three kitchens, six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, closed garage (120 m2), BBQ and provides you with a full privacy. Magnificent sea view from the terrace is something not to be missed.
Each bedroom and unit has air conditioning system, satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
All accommodation units are equipped with safe, washing machine. Free (four) bicycles and free (two) Segway F3 electric scooter.
Boat berths available 40 meters away.

We rented pre COVID and finally able to travel this summer. The house, view and location were absolutely perfect. The pod sections work well for all, allowing a gathering space and personal space. The owner was very accommodating to us.. Kitchen and house fully stocked, nearby small grocery store and fruit/ vegetable stand and a array of restaurants. Beautiful and picturesque, hoping to return for another stay in paradise!

We had a great family holiday last week. Originally booked two years ago we were able to roll over our deposit. The house is as good as it looks in the photos. The owner Tomi and the manager Tonci were very responsive at all times. We had two babies with us, and they were able to provide both cots and high chairs. The sea is very close by - a 3 mins stroll downhill, and there is also a good bar and casual dining cafe within a few minutes walk. Although we used the house bikes to travel into Sumartin, if you plan on cooking at home, as we did, then I highly recommend that you have a rental car to drive to the supermarkets. Useful for other outings as well. My sister recommends the private boat trip to Hear. We had 11 people and both the inside and outside dining tables easily accommodated us. it never felt crowded.
The previous tenants had broken the espresso maker. The owner provided us with a brand new one during our stay. Beds were comfortable, good water pressure and good air conditioning.
We highly recommend this villa.

The owners are very proud of their home -- and rightly so. The rooms are great, the outdoor seating plentiful, the pool delightful and a short 5-6 minute walk to the beach and two lovely beach cafes. We had such a good time -- can't say enough nice things about the property and the owners who take great care of you!
