Set on gentle slopes overlooking the Adriatic Sea, the villa offers panoramic views toward the town of Sumartin and provides a private and tranquil setting. With a total living area of 370 m², four en-suite bedrooms, and high-end amenities, the villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.
The Space:
The villa features a spacious layout designed for comfort and relaxation. The outdoor area includes a large swimming pool measuring 9 x 3–6 meters that can be heated, surrounded by sunbeds and a terrace with a dining area, summer kitchen, and barbecue. The terrace is framed by Jubaea Chilensis palms and offers open sea views.
Indoor living spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a smart TV and comfortable seating, an extra guest toilet, and a wine cellar located on the ground floor near the communal areas. A wellness zone with a sauna, gym, and jacuzzi is also available. The first floor hosts four en-suite bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed and direct access to a terrace with views of the Mediterranean landscape and the sea.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all indoor living areas, the wellness facilities, swimming pool, terraces, wine cellar, and private parking.

The villa is approximately 3 km from Sumartin, 26 km from Supetar, and about 41 km from the city of Split, which is accessible by ferry from the island. Bicycles and kayaks are available for exploring the local area and coastline.

The villa is serviced by a villa manager and includes concierge services, daily housekeeping, pool maintenance, Wi-Fi, and final cleaning. Smoking, pets, and events are not permitted. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 10:00. A security deposit of €1,500 is required.
