About this house rental
Stay in a centrally located home, just a short walk to Wilston Village and a quick bus or train ride to the city.
The house has three queen bedrooms, with up to four additional single beds available in the TV room. A travel cot can be provided for babies.
Enjoy the massive, leafy backyard with an extra-large trampoline. This is our personal home, rented while we`re away, offering warmth, comfort, and a fully stocked fridge, freezer, and pantry for a true home-away-from-home experience

You’ll find personal touches throughout—photographs, books on the library shelf, and even a collection of LEGO. If you’re looking for a hotel-style experience, this might not be the place for you, but if you appreciate a cozy, lived-in space with thoughtful comforts, you’ll love staying here.
Our fridge, freezer, and pantry are fully stocked, and guests are welcome to use anything they need—whether it’s a meal ingredient or a treat (cold beer or glass of wine) after a long day. We take pride in creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for those who value homely details, and we hope you enjoy your stay in our beautiful space

FIRST and most important RULE: Have fun and make it your home. Help yourself to anything in the house, we want you to feel welcome. Fridge and pantry: anything you want, feel free, even the alcohol!
1. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is after 3PM; check-out is by 11AM. Please respect these times.
2. Occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No additional visitors without prior approval.
3. Noise: Keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM. Respect our neighbors’ peace.
4. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Use designated outdoor areas if necessary.
5. Cleanliness: Please keep the space tidy. Dispose of trash properly and wash dishes after use.
6. Damages:
Any damages will be charged accordingly
Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. Please report any issues immediately.
7. Parking:
Park only in designated areas. Follow all posted signs and regulations.
8. Security:
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
9. Respect the Space:
Treat our home with care and respect. Enjoy your stay!
