Location was excellent. Helpful to have parking. Pool location was stunning. Very comfortable and ideal for us catching up with some family. We appreciated the help in retrieving keys we accidentally left behind

Location seemed pretty good and the pool on the 40th floor has amazing views. Apartment was comfortable and well equiped. Check in process was a bit complicated & instructions came in late but the onsite after hours team member was very helpful

The apartment is in a great location, easy to walk down to Riverside to catch the ferry and a 15 minutes walk to the city centre.
The view from the pool was stunning however the pictures of both the apartment and the pool were very flattering. Both were a bit tired and for the price I expected a much more upmarket stay.

Tv didn’t work exhaust fan in bathroom very noisy n didn’t extract the steam pantry door is difficult to open needs some attention no coffee pods for the coffee machine even two would help so we could get the same from the shops lockbox needs a better sign car park very tight
