CASSA ONE - The One Apartments Managed by The Cassa

The view from the apartment was incredible! We loved the pool deck.

The location is fabulous and the view spectacular. I was there for a conference at the hotel next door, and this made for the best experience being close as well as close to food and shopping. The neighborhood is safe to walk around in the morning and evenings for dinners etc. The facilities are so good; Pool, Sauna and gym - I cannot fault any of them, they are clean and all in working order. I will absolutely be staying here every Brisbane trip. Apartment is fully equip and clean and comfortable, having the 2 bathrooms is perfect when traveling with colleagues.

The key collection after hours is a little difficult when it is dark and not from the city with understanding all the one way streets. Parking is hard to find to get the keys, but this is literally the only negative and it is short lived when you compare it to all the great things about the property.

Privacy was good location was acceptable but not for people of our age, location required to much walking and public transport wasn’t easily available.

There were a few problems, cleanliness of carpets was poor, property looked clean at first glance, ceiling fan was dirty and the wardrobe doors required attention as the mirror door did not move easily.

Wasn’t clean and unable to store luggage anywhere if you have a early arrival.
