Grey marks on walls and stain on quilt and chair layout was strange with bathrooms up one end Bathroom sliding door got jammed & grand daughter got locked in so had to help her get out Carpark very confusing

Location, location, location! Walking distance to everything in Queen Street mall and surrounds. 7 minutes walk to Roma St train station which will get you everywhere. 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms so we didn’t have to share with the kids. Bunk beds for the kids with an amazing view from their bedroom window and the balcony. Good size kitchen. Indoor pool, sauna and gym in the building. Washing machine and dryer in the room allowed us to pack light and wash and re-wear as often as needed and wash the towels provided (not hotel-managed, so no daily clean provided). Good communication from booking managers/owners. Recommend the short walk down to North Quay ferry terminal in the evening and getting a $0.50 City Cat ride to Howard Smith Warves, and eat at Felon’s Brewing for dinner. The whole river is lit up in the evening and it’s absolutely beautiful (and only $1 round trip per person!!!).

Mattress in main bedroom was weirdly floaty - if my husband rolled over it felt like I was on a bouncy castle on my side. Every time he moved it woke me up. We didn’t sleep very well for the duration of the visit on this mattress. The water pressure in both showers was terrible, barely enough pressure to rinse your shampoo out. The room was really cold, and we struggled to regulate with the aircon controls. No extra blankets available in the room. No free to air TV. Key collection point is in a lockbox on a cafe wall down the street (was ok for us as we came from that direction, but it may be considered inconvenient for others). Overall, it presents similar to a good Airbnb (as opposed to a hotel). I would have liked covers on the quilts for hygiene between visitor stays.

No proper bedding (covers for duvet). Tap water in kitchen and bathrooms does not get hot. Bathroom smells. Bunk beds very unstable.
