There are 2 shared parking spaces on site, one for each apartment (1 for the two-room apartment and 1 for the studio). Events are not allowed. The owners live on the same property, but not in your accommodation. The outdoor area/garden on the ground floor is not included in the rental and is for the exclusive use of the owners.
