About this house rental
You'll love this unique and romantic getaway.
A private, cozy space for a comfortable stay, equipped with a kitchen and full bathroom, a double or queen-size bed—20 square meters exclusively for the guests
The accommodation
is a basic, loft-style mini-apartment, with the essentials for a comfortable stay. It’s centrally located, close to shopping malls, with convenient access to public transportation, Oxxo, local stores, parks, banks, and more.
Just 20 minutes from Mexico City International Airport, near the Pantitlán and Guelatao metro stations and Tepalcates, located on a very busy main road with fast-food restaurants nearby. On the upper floor of the house, a radio broadcast takes place; on Fridays, there is a live broadcast from 6 to 9 p.m., so there may be some noise. We have two other accommodations on the property.

The main entrance is on Avenida Primaria Pantitlán between Avenida Neza and López Mateos—a wide hallway with no stairs on the first floor
Other Notable Details
House rules are very important: do not forget your keys, avoid extended visits, and always notify the hosts in advance; otherwise, we will modify or cancel your reservation if misunderstandings arise. Smoking or consuming any type of alcoholic beverage or toxic substance that disrupts the peaceful coexistence in the home is not permitted on the premises.
If you wish to arrive before check-in, it’s important to notify us. This is subject to the platform’s availability, provided there are no guests checking out, as we respect the established schedules. Therefore, we ask for your understanding—sometimes you may need to book the night before.
The room rate and cleaning fee do not cover damage to bedding, towels, or other items in the accommodation. Such damage results in a charge through the platform and affects your review rating; therefore, we do not allow hair dyeing inside the property.
It’s important that you keep your keys with you at all times, as we’re located a considerable distance away and don’t want to keep you waiting; additionally, this would result in an extra charge due to the urgency of the situation.
