About this house rental
Take a break and relax in this peaceful space where you can enjoy personal or work-related activities, either alone or with friends.
2nd-floor apartment, not accessible for people with disabilities, spacious, fully equipped kitchen with utensils; if you have a baby, a crib is provided upon request; bathroom and two bedrooms with double and king-size beds.
Living room, smart TV, dining room.
15 minutes from Plaza Neza and UTN; La Perla Hospital is 2 blocks away, near the Santa Martha metro station by public transportation.
The accommodation
It is a fully furnished apartment, with two separate bedrooms, each with its own bed—one double and one king-size—and features storage space for clothes and an iron, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room, as well as cooking and serving utensils. We have a laundry and drying area on the rooftop; this area is shared.
The accommodations are private and located on the 2nd floor. The rest of the house is rented out; there are pets, and we kindly ask you to read our description carefully. This is a place where most guests seek privacy and work from home.
It is not a vacation spot, as the area is a working-class neighborhood.

Access to the accommodations are via Calle 3; there’s a red sidewalk, and the entryway is white. Please send me a message when you’re outside so I can grant you access.

We have pets; they usually roam freely in the house. They are vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and regularly treated for parasites, since my family consists of veterinary doctors. we ask for respect and discretion toward them, as they are a fundamental part of my family. To prevent them from entering your accommodation, you must keep the door to your space locked. And as a very important rule, always keep your keys handy; if you go out, the door must be locked so they don’t go out onto the street
