Access to the apartment is via Pantitlán Avenue.
There is no parking.
We share a hallway with another family; for now, there is some construction material in it.
We’re currently renovating another loft (small living area), so there may be some related noise.
Without prior approval, occupants must present ID. Visitors are welcome only two hours before check-in during the day and must leave by 8:00 PM, and please give advance notice; otherwise, you’ll need to cancel or modify your reservation.

The listed price includes two people.
An additional fee applies for three or more people.
It is strongly recommended that the front door always be kept locked; do not bring motorcycles into the hallways or bicycles that obstruct passage; do not leave valuables in common areas; and the use of drugs, knives, or any other kind; visitors are permitted only during morning and afternoon hours (**not at night)
Please notify me; otherwise, it will be misunderstood, and you will be asked to modify your reservation or check out of the accommodation.
**Sometimes we ask guests to sign an agreement form and provide two copies of their INE, since we live with family members and have guests who are verified through a reciprocal process to ensure good, healthy coexistence and everyone’s safety.
**This is a special and specific situation that is important for both parties; please read the description carefully and in detail, as questions may arise that I can resolve promptly. The description details the accommodation, the house rules, and the platform’s guidelines. I emphasize that visitors are not permitted after 11 p.m. or during the day, no more than 2 hours; otherwise, you’ll be asked to modify the reservation to reflect the number of people entering the house.
