Featuring an elegant living room with period fireplace, dining room for 6, fully equipped country-style kitchen and private courtyard.
Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk in shower and traditional bath.
All household essentials are provided for a comfortable home-from-home stay, with the convenience of free on-street parking.
The house is full of character and homely touches, this is a wonderful base for exploring Bristol.
The Space:
As you enter, there is a striking Victorian style tiled floor with painted timber panelling that continues as you climb the stairs and along the first floor landing.
The living room has a beautiful period fireplace, ornate mirror, classical artwork, and a stylish chaise lounge, alongside a traditional, comfortable deep sofa with an armchair. The house has rich wooden flooring and vintage chandeliers throughout and several pieces of colourful artwork.
The dining room has a table that sits up to 6 guests with a chandelier & elegant dining décor.
The characterful country-style kitchen is well equipped including a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. It features bespoke-style cabinetry, a traditional range style cooker, generous worktop space and plenty of storage.
A large skylight Velux window lets in lots of natural light and the French glass doors leads you to a private garden.
The courtyard garden has a fabulous water sculpture. A round café table with cushioned seating creates an inviting spot for eating & drinking al fresco.
Upstairs, there are 2 traditional Victorian style double bedrooms with classical chandeliers in each room. The bedrooms have large wardrobes, bedside tables & premium bed linen and towels.
Both bedrooms have a unique style. Bedroom 1 has a period fireplace feature and a substantial, elegant ornamental iron bed. The 2nd bedroom, has an elegant floral pattern wallpaper, creating a calm and romantic atmosphere.
There is 1 main bathroom featuring a beautiful copper coloured spacious walk-in shower with a large rainfall shower head. There is also a classic wooden panelled bathtub, next to a freestanding-style white basin & WC.
We provide all the household items needed for your stay, such as toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher tablets. tea towels, body wash, cleaning products, washing up liquid, dish scrub, coffee, tea, sugar, kitchen roll, cooking oil, salt & laundry capsules, plus more! Bishopston is particularly well known for Gloucester Road, a traditional local high street with independent shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs. The property is a 5 minute walk to Gloucester Road making it an ideal location for guests who want to explore Bristol without having to travel into the city centre for every meal or coffee

There are lots of bus stops within a short walking distance. Direct rail links via Montpelier Station to Bristol Temple Meads are a 10 min walk away.
