Welcome to "La casa di sotto"!
This is an entire floor of a villa dating from the early 1900s. Guests will have 150 square meters at their disposal.
The house is a 2-minute walk from the Busto Arsizio Nord train station (10 minutes from Malpensa Airport and 30 minutes from Milan).
From the pedestrian gate, a short staircase (6 steps) with handrails on both sides leads to a covered porch equipped with seating and a small table.
A spacious entryway, featuring a bookcase and an upright piano, leads to the main living areas of the house. From here, you can access the first bedroom—which has a double bed and two futon-style sleeper chairs—as well as the two living rooms. The first living room, approximately 30 square meters, can be used as a master bedroom by setting up the sofa bed. The other, smaller living room serves as a relaxation area for reading and watching TV. The smaller living room provides access to the second bedroom, which has a double bed.
On the opposite side, the kitchen-dining room is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and features a large wooden table. The apartment also includes two bathrooms: the first with a small bathtub; the second with a shower.
