You’re home away from home in Urbana. This fantastic newly renovated home features 3 Bedrooms - a queen bed and two full beds. Guests can unwind in the Master Bath in a soothing jetted tub. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. The Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, coffee maker. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or getting ready for the day with the quiet property you can relax and even enjoy lots of deer watching. Located 1/2 mile from Melvin Miller Park & the Bike Path, 1 mile from the Historical Downtown Urbana when you can find shopping & local eateries.
*Garage not included* Property rental is for the main home. There is a private suite apartment attached which is currently occupied with a tenant (not the owner). Property is secured from private suite. For your safety and security, please be aware the property has exterior security cameras. There are no cameras inside the property. We kindly ask that guests be mindful of noise levels to respect the surrounding neighbors.
