Studio apartment for 2 with sleeping area and home theater

Alone or as a couple, enjoy a studio where each space has its place: an alcove sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen and, in the evening, a large screen for your cinema session. Netflix, Prime Video and TV channels are available. The studio is located on the first floor of an Amiens house with a self-catering service. It is designed for a weekday or weekend stay in Amiens, whether you are alone, as a couple, a worker, a work-study student or a tourist.PGJyPg
The accommodation
Put down your suitcases and settle into this 24 m² studio designed to make you feel at home.

The living room has two comfortable armchairs facing the projection wall. In the evening, turn on the XGIMI video projector and simply choose your programme: Netflix, Prime Video or TV channels. All you have to do is enjoy.

The bed for two is set in a dedicated alcove under a terracotta ceiling. Curtains visually separate the sleeping area from the living room and create a more intimate atmosphere. Bed linen is provided.

The kitchen will allow you to prepare real meals: 3-burner induction hob, oven, hood, microwave, mini-fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, crockery and utensils. To start the day quietly, a Nespresso machine, capsules, tea and sugar are at your disposal.

The table can accommodate two people for lunch, dinner or a few hours of work.

The private bathroom includes a shower cubicle, a toilet, a vanity unit with storage, an illuminated mirror cabinet, a heated towel rail and a hairdryer. Towels are provided.

A wardrobe with an iron and hangers is also available for storing your belongings and clothes.

This is a non-smoking studio. Smoking is therefore not allowed in the accommodation. Thank you for your understanding.

Traveller access
The studio is located on the first floor, without any functioning or stairs. You enter through the door of the house, then take a shared corridor that leads directly to the accommodation. The door of the studio is locked and the entire interior is completely private. Arrival is self-contained thanks to a key box located outside to the left of the main entrance door.
The code and access directions are sent to you before your arrival.
