The apartment was fresh and clean. Free parking was right in front of the entrance (public parking), and I liked that the windows of my apartment were directly facing my car. The sofa-bed is squeaky but rather comfortable. The owner was proactive in communication and replied fast.

The owner gave me the code to open the locker with the keys. But I arrived tired, and it was a challenge for me to figure out which keys I need and which apartment I need, and that "M" actually stands for "11". The photos show a bed but when I arrived it was in the sofa state, so I had to apply engineering thinking to unfold it and then had to make my bed myself. TV set turned on by itself during the night breaking my sleep. The owner required that I clean the dishes before departure but they were surprised to hear there was no detergent in the apartment -- now I wonder how the dishes that I used were cleaned before my arrival. Overall communication with the owner was a bit messy, I was receiving many emails like surveys, and among them I was often missing important pieces. There were a lot of requirements from their side, e.g. to throw away the trash (wonder what the 30eur cleaning fee that Booking says is included into the price goes for).
