About this house rental
Just a 3-minute walk from the beach, this fully renovated two-bedroom cottage makes it easy to settle into the laid-back St. Augustine lifestyle. Spend the morning by the ocean, explore historic downtown in the afternoon, and come home to your own private, fully fenced backyard.
Designed for up to four guests, the home features two comfortable king bedrooms, each with its own TV, making it a great fit for couples, friends, or a small family traveling together. The bright, thoughtfully updated interior offers a relaxed coastal feel with everything you need for an easy getaway.
The fully equipped kitchen includes updated appliances, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso setup for slow vacation mornings or a quick coffee before heading to the beach. A washer and dryer are also available in the home, making longer stays just as convenient as a weekend away.
Beach days are especially easy here. Beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, cooler, and wagon are provided, so you can load up and make the short walk to the sand without bringing all the extras from home. When you return, rinse off in the outdoor shower before relaxing on the backyard patio.
The fully fenced backyard offers private outdoor space to unwind after a day out, while additional seating out front gives you another spot to enjoy the coastal air. The home is also pet-friendly for guests traveling with a four-legged companion.
When you`re ready to explore beyond the beach, historic downtown St. Augustine is just a short drive away, putting restaurants, shops, nightlife, and some of the city`s best-known attractions within easy reach.
Whether your plans involve long days at the beach, exploring St. Augustine, or simply having nowhere you need to be, this is an easy place to make your home base by the coast.
You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
No shoes in the home, please.
If returning from the beach, please use the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand prior to going inside.
