The Giddy Limit is a luxurious first-floor cottage for six, featuring spacious open-plan living, three en-suite bedrooms, oak beams, a wood-burning stove, private balcony and beautiful River Tay countryside views.. All on the First Floor:

Beautifully designed with solid oak floors, posts and beams, the cottage combines craftsmanship with contemporary comfort.
At its heart is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, created for guests to gather together. The high vaulted ceiling, exposed timber beams and inset Velux windows give the room a sense of space, while French doors invite natural light and open towards the west-facing balcony. Here, guests can enjoy the country air, garden views and summer sunsets.
Inside, seating includes an antique Bergère suite upholstered in Abraham Moon fabric. The wood-burning stove creates a focal point for cosy evenings, while a Freeview television, DVD player and Sonos sound system provide entertainment. The fully fitted kitchen includes everything required for convenient self-catering, with a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, while the generous dining table offers plenty of room for shared breakfasts, dinners and celebrations.
The Giddy Limit has three beautifully presented bedrooms, all with private en-suite facilities. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds that can be divided into twins, offering flexibility for families and groups. One includes an en-suite bathroom, while the other has an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has a double bed and its own shower room. Every en-suite is fully tiled and fitted with a Trevi power shower.
Fresh Egyptian cotton bed linen, sumptuous duvets and soft pillows add a luxurious finishing touch. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout.
