The bright living area is designed for relaxed moments after a day at the beach or exploring Porto and Gaia. Large glazed windows bring in plenty of natural light and frame views towards the sea, while the terrace provides an inviting outdoor extension of the space.
The living room includes a sofa,smart TV, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace. Also features an extendable dining table that can comfortably seat up to 4 people, making it ideal for enjoying meals together.

The terrace is one of the apartment's highlights, offering sea views and outdoor seating where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning, unwind after a day by the coast or simply take in the surroundings.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of EUR25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding EUR150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
