It features two single beds measuring 90 x 190 cm, a wardrobe, air conditioning and an elegant adapted en-suite bathroom. The bedroom also provides direct access to the private patio, creating a pleasant connection between the interior and exterior spaces.
Its privileged location allows guests to explore Seville on foot, just a few minutes from some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, including the Cathedral, the Arenal district and other essential highlights of the historic centre.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
