This modern penthouse is located in the Sluseholmen neighbourhood, surrounded by canals and featuring ceiling heights of over four metres. You’ll have access to a private 100 m² rooftop, and the flat's close to the tube. It’s a place that combines the city’s energy with the proximity of the water.



The 97 m² of living space features an open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area in a single open space with direct access to the balcony. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom features a loft with a bed. The ceiling height of over four metres gives the rooms a particularly open feel.



The 100 m² rooftop terrace comes with a sunroom, a grill, a lounge area and a dining area—you can gather here for dinner or an evening of grilling under the open sky. Please note that the rooftop terrace isn't fully functional in the winter. You can borrow kayaks and paddleboards for free, and they're waiting down by the water.



The area features houseboats, cafés and cosy wine bars along the canals. Nearby, you’ll find Amager Fælled and Sydhavnstippen, a large nature reserve home to alpacas and wild horses, among other animals. Parlør, Riccos and Café Novum are all nearby, offering wine, coffee and homemade pastries.
