About this cabin rental
A cozy loft cabin on 28 wooded Ozark acres, 30 minutes from Jasper. Two beds: a queen downstairs and a double up in the skylight loft. Your own entrance, parking and porch, and a kitchenette for slow mornings. The cabin sits beside our main house, which is also a rental, so another group may be staying next door. Gravel county road, no hot tub, and river access is not part of this listing. Dark skies, quiet nights, and the Ozarks right outside the door.
SHARED LAND: The cabin shares the 28 acres with our main house, a separate vacation rental, so another group may be staying there during your visit. Each stay has its own entrance, parking and outdoor space. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. The hot tub and main house decks go with the main house stay and are not part of this listing.
VEHICLE: PLEASE COME IN A TRUCK OR SUV. An all wheel drive car with good clearance also does fine. The drive in ends with a steep hill of loose gravel.
PARKING: at the fork in the drive follow the GUESTHOUSE PARKING arrow and park beside the cabin by the sign, never in front of the main house.
WINTER (November to March): snow, ice and a slow gravel county road are normal winter conditions here. Please check the forecast and plan your trip for them. Normal winter weather does not change the cancellation policy.
