This cabin is just peaceful. It's very well maintained, house decor is circa the 90's and gives the nostalgic feeling of home. The surrounding area is GORGEOUS. The Buffalo River is an amazing float, and the cows across the street offer a peaceful pastoral view from the front porch. There is no cell phone service, but with the quite and wifi it is not missed.

Ew. Half the light bulbs dont work. There is a creepy lower level. Its locked off. No access to the dungeon. Its not mentioned at all in any description. The hand soap dispensers were full of WATER! EW! Save your money and stay in a tent. There wont be a FUNK so embedded in the walls you couldn't burn it out. This is a target audience stay. Must enjoy stank up close, appliances that scare wildlife, minimal ghetto multi-colored lights and the dirtiest water you have probably ever seen in the USA. This is the epitome of poverty.

First I want everyone to know-super clean spot and just like the listing. But I strongly suggest the directions to be spelled out with the code to get in with exit instructions. WiFi in the cabin is great but not on the road. I thought we were going to have to find another place to stay. Thankfully I got WiFi in the driveway and got the code to get into the cabin. We had a nice stay. Our adult daughters were able to join us for most of our stay. We loved the semi secluded location nestled in a valley at the base of the mountains it was just far enough off the main road to offer privacy but close to town, with the river and several hiking trails just minutes away. The property was beautiful and was fun to explore. The house itself was clean and had a cozy home feel

The cabin was very clean. It was in a great location for short drive to hiking trails. We were there in mid to late October. We saw some pretty Fall leaves in spite of the drought. Most of the trails we hiked would have had beautiful streams and waterfalls in the Spring. The cabin was not fancy but it met all of our needs.

My husband was looking behind doors looking for bedroom as he did he noticed one door led to a basement it was full of what looked like red hornets they were large!I was uneasy and scared they would come up to where we were sleeping, it did not happen and we enjoyed our stay. The place had an order like older homes do, but it was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay. I would hope owner does something about wasp or horents in basement if children were present they are very energetic and would lookand play ever where.

Property was awesome with beautiful views and ease to all the local attractions. Communication was excellent with property managers. The house was very clean and comfortable. The only drawback was there was not a hair dryer or drip coffeemaker as listed. Otherwise it was a wonderful weekend!

The entire property was very clean and the house was filled with everything needed for your stay. It is right across the highway from a great field to be able to see elk and just right up the road from some other great places to visit unfortunately the entire community lost power The night that we stayed so we had to cut our stay short, but we will be back because of the cleanliness and the great location. Very good location close to Ponca and outdoor center. Water was low so no kayaking but we did plenty of hiking that was close by and got to see quite a few elk up the street. FYI to other travelers - we did not have any service for ~20 min when away from the cabin. Just to pre download maps or GPS for trails etc

We had the best time as a family! There were 4 adults and 3 children ages 4 and under! The kids enjoyed rolling down the hills in the yard and being able to run around! The view of the Lou rains were amazing and the short distance to the river was a major plus for us! We were able to ride around and see elk within a mile of the cabin! We will definitely be back!!

Great house for 5-6 people. Has everything you need for your stay: utensils, pans, grill, charcoal, etc. It was to warm to light the fire pit but it was a cozy setup. We took our dad for Father's Day to see the Elk. Every morning Elk were across the road, we could see them from the porch! Great stay❤️

Everything was really nice. It could use a few touches like lamps in the bedrooms. It would also be nice to have something to sit your suitcase on besides the floor. Other than that, everything was clean and very comfortable. Every time I contacted the owner the reply was very prompt! I will opt to stay here again.

The house is just like its described in the listing. Very clean. Soft mattresses. Full amenities. Mid-century decor(if you lived through the 60s or 70s you'll understand). No elk on this stay but the herd if cows still made for nice pictures against the barn backdrop. Thanks Emily and Kayla!!

Everything was just fine except the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all with our phone carrier. Guess disconnecting for a couple days was good though. Bathtub was also super slippery for old people like us. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything needed and the scenery was terrific.

So it is an older home with older vibes but was very clean and comfortable. Heat and air worked great. WiFi is very slow and spotty. Which they told us it would be. There is no cell service in the valley. So plan accordingly. Also needs a dryer to match the washing machine. Otherwise. Great place and we enjoyed very much

The hosts were very responsive to any communication. We did have to check in 2 days late do to a last minute issue with the house. They helped up find a temporary house nearby to stay in and covered the difference in price. The description is accurate on what they have, but I would say you have to bring a lot with you to make your stay fully comfortable. The house had the minimum amount of basics (ex: no coal for grill, no sponge to wash dishes, etc). We would definitely stay here again, but would come more prepared with helpful items.
