Welcome to your cosy Montrose getaway. A stylish and welcoming top floor Apartment in the heart of Montrose. Enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay, with easy access to the town centre, local shops, restaurants, and beautiful Montrose beach, pop along to Ferryden, just 1.3 miles from Montrose and enjoy a lovely walk out to the Lighthouse. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, coastal adventure or convenient business stay.

No smoking or Vaping inside the property.
No parties or events are permitted.
Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly in the evenings and overnight and be considerate of neighbours.
