18th-century farmhouse near Chamonix

Your retreat sits off the main road, so you'll enjoy absolute tranquillity on the terrace shaded by an old plum tree. We've carefully restored this former farmhouse, whose foundations date back to the 18th century, in the hills overlooking Servoz, preserving its authentic character while incorporating modern comforts.



You'll discover a warm and relaxed interior that blends contemporary designer furniture, soft colours, and original stone walls. Underfloor heating makes your winter stays cosy, while the 50-cm-thick stone walls keep the house pleasantly cool in summer. The fully equipped kitchen reflects years of experience in the restaurant business. We recently renovated the space in 2019, and it now features a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom, and a second, smaller bedroom with pull-out beds (2 x 80 x 200 or 160 x 200).



Your private terrace and garden offer breathtaking views of the mountains. It’s the ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring, nestled in the heart of the natural beauty of the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc Valley, in this bucolic and peaceful setting.



Hiking and mountain-biking trails start right from the property and lead to Lac Vert and Plaine Joux. You'll have quick access to the ski areas of Chamonix, Les Houches, Saint-Gervais, Megève, and Les Contamines-Montjoie. The village of Servoz has a grocery store, a bar, a restaurant, and an excellent delicatessen.
