One of the taps was broken in one of bathrooms, wouldnt necessarily have been noticeable to the agent so most probably I’m making them aware 👍

Very beautiful chalet, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, fantastic view, pleasant garden, excellent location close to a lot of places of interest
Host. Very difficult to contact, they answer to messages with a big delay or don't answer at all. Also, to get things written in description on Booking.com we had to insist. Bathrooms. One of them was out of order, so we had not 3 bathrooms as promised. The second is so high that even for a tall person it is rather difficult to get into

Très jolie chalet, spacieux mais quelques petites choses à rectifier.
Le chalet est très grand et très beau. Il y a vraiment beaucoup de place et il est très fonctionnelle. La mise à disposition de la buanderie est un plus non négligeable. Le sauna +++ Le chalet est très bien situé. La vue est juste magnifique !
Le sol n’était pas propre (les chaussettes blanches qui devenaient sales, chausson à prévoir ou gros ménage en arrivant) Petit bémol sur l’éclairage dans la cuisine et l’eau chaude (se vide rapidement) Le compteur a sauter au moins 4/5 fois sur 4 jours. Nous avons dû nous même nous déplacer pour récupérer l’appareil à raclette car celui fourni dans la maison était en mauvaise état et pour 6 personnes. Certains matelas n’étaient pas confortable. Un des lits simples est à même le sol et lattes cassés, à considérer comme non utilisable. Nous avons dû faire les lits en arrivant et retirer les draps en partant. À notre départ un message a été envoyé à notre Hôte mais nous n’avons même pas eu de réponse.
