About this chalet rental
A 200-square-meter family chalet, ideal for 8 adults and 4 children (playroom, books, toys, dishes, etc.). You’ll especially enjoy the view of the Mont Blanc range, the various amenities, as well as the garden and terrace. Although located in a quiet neighborhood of Les Houches, its proximity to shops and public transportation (300m) as well as to downtown Chamonix (10 min) are real advantages for enjoying the valley. 4 parking spaces. Welcome home!
This property is spread over 3 levels as follows:
> First floor: game room, laundry room, hallway for taking off ski boots with a ski boot dryer, a first bedroom (140-cm bed, en-suite bathroom), and a second bedroom (1 bunk bed and 1 single bed, en-suite bathroom)
> First floor: third bedroom (160-cm bed, en-suite bathroom), guest restroom, living room with fireplace, dining room (seats 12), open kitchen, access to the terrace
> Second Floor: Fourth bedroom (180-cm bed, en suite bathroom), two additional king-size bedrooms (180 cm), and a fifth bedroom with a bunk bed and two single beds. Bathroom (sink, bathtubs) and toilet shared by these last 3 bedrooms. The king-size beds (180) can be separated upon prior request.
Ideally located in Les Houches, in the Saint Antoine neighborhood, you’ll find both the Super U supermarket and other shops just 400 meters away. It’s also just a short walk from the trailheads for hiking trails.
You’ll appreciate the proximity to Merlet Park, Lake Gaillands, and the Les Houches ski area. Chamonix is just a 10-minute drive away, so you can enjoy its vibrant atmosphere year-round.
There are 4 parking spaces available on the property. As for public transportation, you can take advantage of discounted fares with the guest passes provided. The nearest bus stop is just 250 meters away (Les Houches–St. Antoine), and the Mont Blanc Express train station is only 1 kilometer away.
It’s particularly easy to access from the highway, allowing you to quickly reach Megève and St. Gervais (40 min) as well as Geneva and Annecy (1 hr 15 min).
