About this chalet rental
Le Grand Cerf is a large family chalet, consisting of two apartments each occupying one floor, on the heights of Servoz, a mountain village with preserved hamlets located at the entrance to the Chamonix Valley. Le Bouquetin is located on the top floor. From the living room and the terrace, it offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Mont Blanc Massif, the Aiguilles Rouges and the Fiz. With a surface area of 100 m2, spacious and comfortable, it offers a large open living/dining/kitchen area, three bedrooms (one of which is upstairs, under the roof - max height = 2.10 m) and two bathrooms. A fully equipped laundry room is accessible on the garden level. In winter for skiing, the resort of Les Houches is 5 minutes away, Chamonix is 10 minutes away and Saint Gervais is 15 minutes away. In summer, the garden of nearly 1000 m2 offers a swing and trampoline, deckchairs and garden furniture. Multiple hikes in the nearby nature reserves are possible from the chalet. In Servoz, you will find all the essential shops: a bakery with excellent pastries, a butcher/caterer, a mini-market, three restaurants...

The chalet was beautiful, full of natural light, and felt just like home. It had everything we needed before/during/after a big race. We love staying outside the bustle of Chamonix, in Servoz with all of the trails, quiet surroundings, and gorgeous views. I was able to hike a peak from the chalet, paraglide off, and land in an adjacent field. This place was perfect!

The Aparment was just what we wanted. A modern alpine apartment in a chalet. We had one floor plus the loft bedroom. What was good was it had 2 bathrooms. One was ensuite. Location was very good for sking. We went to 4 different resorts. Mobility is necessary as you need to climb stairs to get to the apartment. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this apartment. The views on a sunny day were stunning. Just amazing!
