About this house rental
Near Domme and La Roque-Gageac, not far from Sarlat and Bergerac, this welcoming two-storey holiday home sits on a wooded plot of almost half a hectare near the Dordogne. The 130 m² property sleeps 8 guests and overlooks the surrounding hills.
The private heated pool (12 x 6 m) has an outdoor shower. Please note: the pool is open only from 1 May to 30 September. In spring and autumn, it is heated to around 26 °C. Outside this period, it is closed.
The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso and filter coffee machines, a living/dining room of around 30 m² with a fireplace and access to the covered terrace, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a large shower and toilet. Downstairs are a second living room with direct garden access, a kitchenette with a washing machine and dryer, two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The layout is ideal for two families wishing to stay together while retaining their own space. Also suitable for 2 to 4 people. A cot and high chair are available on request. Wi-Fi and fans are provided.
Bed linen is included; towels are available for an extra fee. One pet is welcome free of charge; additional pets on request. Pets are not allowed in the pool, on beds or on furniture.
An electric car charging point and parking for up to 4 cars are available. Arrival after 17:00, departure before 09:30 (self check-in available).
