Villa Gracia is located in Gračišće, in central Istria, Croatia, 18.5 km from Svetvinčenat and 21.8 km from the sea. It is a peaceful location in the Istrian countryside, while the coast and many of Istria’s towns and attractions are easily reached by car.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and is arranged over the ground floor, first floor, and an attic area. Although the house is not detached, guests have their own private outdoor amenities, including a swimming pool, terrace, sun loungers, BBQ, swing, and trampoline. Two private parking spaces are also available.
On the ground floor, there is a recreational room with a billiard table and darts.
The first floor features an open-plan living room and a fully equipped kitchen with air conditioning.
There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, both with access to the large balcony.
A bathroom with a shower and washing machine is also located on this floor.
The attic has a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It has two double beds and air conditioning and is suitable for children.
The house has central heating, making it suitable for stays throughout the year.
Gračišće and the surrounding area offer plenty to explore, including local wineries, traditional restaurants, medieval hilltop towns, walking and cycling routes, and family-friendly attractions.
Pazin, with its famous castle and cave, is only a short drive away, while Svetvinčenat, Motovun, Rovinj, and other Istrian destinations are easily accessible by car.
Pula Airport is approximately 43 km away.
