Single-family house "Antoni", 2 storeys, built in 2016. In the hamlet Rimanići 4 km from the centre of Pićan, 25 km from the centre of Rabac, 25 km from the sea. Private: property 350 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 06.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. 1.5 km long steep, narrow motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, bus stop 14.3 km, pebble beach 25 km.

Great place. Good swimming pool. Fence works good to keep our small dog from running away. Kind host as well. Wifi could be a bit better, but this is a minor point. Strongly recommend to visit this place.

Wie alle anderen bereits geschrieben, ist es ein tolles Haus. Der Vermieter ist wirklich außerordentlich freundlich und auch wir haben kulinarische Aufmerksamkeiten bekommen. Das Haus selber ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Auch der Pool und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten einen rundherum schönen Urlaub und wirklich nichts zu meckern. Ja der Weg dorthin ist schmal und kurvig aber voll asphaltiert und man kommt mit jedem normalen Auto zum Haus.

Die Hausübergabe war total unkompliziert und basierte auf vollstem Vertrauen. Mit istrischen Köstlichkeiten wurden wir in Empfang genommen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Wir sagen Danke für die Gastfreundschaft von Igor und die schöne Zeit in Kroatien. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein wirklich schönes Haus genau wie auf den Bildern. Super sauber. Alles da was man braucht. Gefrierschrank, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Herd, Grill einfach alles. Netter Vermieter der auch noch istrisches Gebäck vorbereitet hatte. Haus ist komplett umzäunt, so dass auch ein kleiner Hund problemlos mitgenommen werden kann. Wer die Ruhe liebt ist hier genau richtig. Etwas nervige hoppelige zum Teil steile Anfahrt über ca. 2km, wobei die Hälfte frisch geteert wurde
