Single-family house "Larisa". 5 km from the centre of Pićan, 12 km from the centre of Žminj, 15 km from the centre of Pazin, 27 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 1'500 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, 34 m2, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 400 m, bus stop 12.5 km, pebble beach 27 km. Marina 27 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist sehr schön. Wenn man es ruhig haben möchte, ist man dort genau richtig. Leider ist das Grundstück nicht komplett eingezäunt. Also mit Haustier (Hund) eher unpraktisch.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable. Les propriétaires sont accueillant et très disponible. Nous avons été gâté... légumes, pâtisserie.. La maison est impeccable, super bien entretenu... le village est conviviale et la mer à 25km (Rabac) est magnifique... juste parfait avec 4 enfants.

Das Haus war wie im Internet beschrieben einfach toll. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und auch der Service vor Ort war perfekt. Wir wurden verwöhnt mit Obst Kuchen Gemüse und Gebäck. Die Umgebung war sehr idyllisch und optimal zum entspannen. Der tolle Pool lud täglich zu einer Abkühlung ein. Alles war sauber und ordentlich gepflegt. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft, es hat an nichts gefehlt, daher können wir das gepflegte Haus in ruhiger Lage in ländlicher Umgebung nur weiterempfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und haben uns mit Obst, Gemüse und leckeren Quarkbällchen versorgt. Eine nicht funktionierende Waschmaschine wurde sofort gegen eine andere ausgetauscht. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
