Up a quiet road on the west side of Paso Robles, Vino Vista Villa sits high enough that the whole valley opens up below you. Mornings start soft and golden over the hills, and evenings end with the sky turning pink and orange behind rows of vines. It's the kind of place where you arrive, drop your bags, and immediately head outside. The backyard is where most of the stay happens. A large pool stretches out toward the view, with a hot tub spilling right into it. Loungers and umbrellas line the deck for slow afternoons in the sun. When you need a break from the heat, the covered patio offers a shaded lounge and an outdoor dining table under the same roof, and the BBQ sits close by for dinners that run long. After dark, gather around the fire pit with the stars overhead. For quieter moments, find the hammock strung between the trees, or the tree swing tucked in near the oaks. Inside, arched doorways, warm wood floors, and lots of natural light give the villa a relaxed Spanish-style feel. The open living area flows into a full kitchen with plenty of counter space and a dining table that seats 8, so group meals feel easy instead of crowded. A washer and dryer make longer stays simple. There are four bedrooms. Three have king beds, and the first also has a sofa, a nice spot to curl up with a book. The fourth has two double beds, which works well for kids or friends sharing. Three full bathrooms keep mornings moving, including one with a freestanding soaking tub and another finished in bright green tile. Even with all that space and privacy, town is close. Downtown Paso Robles is about five minutes away, with its leafy City Park, local shops, and some of the best restaurants on the Central Coast. Catch a show at Vina Robles Amphitheatre, wander through the light installations at Sensorio after sunset, or head out to Lake Nacimiento for a day on the water. The coast is an easy day trip too, with Cambria, Moonstone Beach, and Hearst Castle all under an hour west. Home Truths: - This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. - Pool heat is available at $1000 for the first night to bring the pool up to the appropriate temperature, and $500 for each succeeding night. Guests must request this 24-48 hrs before check-in. Parking Details: - Enjoy ample on-site parking for up to 8 vehicles, with spaces available outside the home and near the garage. Garage parking is not available for guests, as the garage is used for housekeeping storage. Please note that no alternate or off-site parking options are available, and there is no EV charger on-site. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
