Two nearly identical wine themed units with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths (sleeps 6 each side) are available either to rent individually or you can rent both. This listing is for one unit. Each side has its own kitchen and living room, TV’s (one in living room and each bedroom has a TV) with great internet Beautifully decorated wine themed units sit in a 63 acre property with views for miles. I can nearly guaranteed that this is the best sunset you’ll ever see. Located within minutes of Tobin James winery and the #1 rated Paso winery, Pear Valley, you couldn’t be in a better location for wine tasting. Property is the former “Rio Seco” winery, now called Kuiper Vineyards and will eventually host a winery on site (early 2023 projected) but for now is a great place to chill, relax and visit local wineries including Rava, Cass, Justin and Sculptera (all minutes away). Situated in the heart of wine country and close to downtown Paso Robles (12-15 min drive) and just 37 min from San Luis Obispo, this will be a vacation you’ll never forget.

Great place to stay, the most beautiful views there is, the place was clean and it has everything you need for your stay. Love that I got to relax and my family got to experience this magical place. Host was great and recommended great places to visit, would definitely stay here again.

My family and I spent a couple days at this home. The property is so peaceful and beautiful. You can see vineyards from every direction. The house was amazing! Beautifully done and stocked with all the little things you need in the bathrooms and kitchens. Fits two families easily and has plenty of space for hanging out when you’re not wine tasting or checking out downtown Paso Robles. The property manager was super nice and answered any questions we had quickly. Checking in and out was a breeze. We will be back for sure! Highly recommend this home.
