Tuscan Charm with Private Pool and Rustic Ambiance

A warm, traditional character shapes the interior, where substantial wooden furnishings, tiled floors and a brick arch create an inviting setting for unhurried days. The dining area encourages long meals together, while the adjoining living space offers a comfortable spot to settle in beside the fireplace. Outdoors, the swimming pool adds another way to relax beneath the Tuscan sun. Around Camaiore, the landscape shifts from the foothills of the Apuan Alps to the Versilia coast, offering plenty of variety for days out. Wander through Camaiore’s historic streets, follow walking routes through wooded hills, or discover the waterfalls and old mills around Candalla. Lido di Camaiore brings sandy beaches, a lively promenade and seaside restaurants within easy reach. Fishing enthusiasts can also make use of the available fishing licence, while nearby villages, local trattorias and the historic city of Lucca add further possibilities for exploring northern Tuscany. - Pool open: medio May-end Sept. - Private outdoor swimming pool (24m2) - Fully airconditioned - Split-level holiday rental - Difficult access road - One additional child free of charge (max 4 years old) - Cot: 1 - Child's chair: 1 - Pets: 2
