Lakeside 5BR home by Lake Phalen, great for families and groups. 8 beds across 5 bedrooms (plus an air mattress), 2 full baths, a full kitchen, and room for everyone to eat together. Spend evenings around the fire pit and mornings on the paved trail around the lake. About 10 min to downtown St. Paul and 20 min to Minneapolis and MSP airport.

• Bedroom 2: 2 queens (French doors open to the living room)
• Bedroom 3: queen
• Bedroom 4: 2 twins
• Bedroom 5: trundle daybed (2 twins), also works as a second lounge
• Living room: air mattress

THE SPACE
• Full kitchen with dishwasher, plus a coffee bar (drip + Keurig) in the upstairs living room
• Dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi
• Washer and dryer in the basement
• Smart TVs in the living room and Bedroom 5
• Yard with fire pit (bring your own firewood) and charcoal grill
• Fishing on Lake Phalen (MN fishing license required for ages 16+) and bikes on request
• Self check-in with a keypad

PARKING
Parking for up to 2 cars: 1 in the garage and 1 in the driveway. Street parking isn't available in the neighborhood.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Quiet hours 11 PM - 7 AM, no parties or events
• Exterior cameras at the front door, side door, and garage keypad only, none inside
• No lifeguard on the lake, so keep an eye on kids near the water
