Designed for comfort and convenience, our home ensures everyone has room to spread out. You`ll have exclusive use of the first and second floors, featuring:
-Bedrooms: Five thoughtfully arranged bedrooms with flexible sleeping options (queen and twin setups).
-Primary Suite: Main-floor primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with a seat.
-Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with an island, granite countertops, and abundant cabinet space.
-Dining Areas: Two distinct dining areas – a casual kitchen table and a more formal dining space – both with natural light and picturesque lake views.
-Living Areas: Multiple living spaces, including a main living room with a 65” Smart TV and a -cozy gas fireplace, plus an upper-level lounge for additional relaxation.
-Workspace: A dedicated workspace for productivity.
-Amenities: Hardwood floors, abundant natural light, in-unit laundry facilities, and central air conditioning throughout.
-Outdoor Space: Private front yard and a charming stone patio with tranquil lake views. Features a Solo Stove fire pit and a charcoal BBQ for outdoor enjoyment.

As our guest, you will have private and exclusive use of the first and second floors of the home, the front yard, and the stone patio overlooking Lake Phalen. You will enter through a private entrance via the three-season porch using your personalized electronic door code for seamless self-check-in.
-Private Access: Exclusive use of the first and second floors, front yard, and stone patio.
-No Shared Spaces: There are no shared interior spaces or cross-traffic during your stay, ensuring complete privacy.
-Restricted Areas: Guests do not have access to the lower-level owner’s suite (which has a separate entrance), the backyard patio, or the attached garage.
-Parking: Two dedicated guest spaces are available on the shared driveway, plus additional free street parking nearby. The owner’s suite utilizes a separate portion of the driveway.
*Interaction With Guests*
The host lives on-site in a completely separate lower-level unit with its own private entrance. Guests will enjoy full privacy with no shared interior spaces. We are available by phone or message for any questions or assistance needed during your stay, ensuring a comfortable and uninterrupted experience.

Please take note of these important details for your stay:
-Guest Count & Pricing: Our nightly rate is based on four guests. Any additional guests beyond the initial four will incur an extra fee per person. This flexible rate structure ensures you only pay for the actual number of people staying. Please inform us if your guest count changes after booking so we can adjust the rate accordingly.
-A signed rental agreement and government-issued photo identification are required before check-in.
-The responsible guest must be 25 or older. The responsible guest must be 25 or older. Unless an arrangement has been made prior to booking.

An absolutely terrific property!! We are a group of eight women who have rented this gorgeous Lake Phalen Place several times. Each time we return, we remark how perfect it is… Spacious. Quiet. Great beds. The kitchen is so well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, tea kettle, coffee appliances, even crock pots. The living room, kitchen, and dining room have plenty of seating for all of us. The location is so very lovely. Walks around the lake are a bonus, as well as the beautiful view, especially at sunset. More importantly the hosts are amazing! Thank you, Bill and Sakouna!!! We shall return!

Very well-maintained property. This may be the nicest property that faces Lake Phalen. Enjoyed the lake views from the kitchen inside dining and outside front patio. Several guests took advantage of the paved trails that circle the lake.Eight aunts, uncles, cousins appreciated us renting a central space to visit and rendezvous before and after wedding festivities. This was a great location to get in and out of downtown St. Paul and surrounding area. Uber to Mall Of America and the State Fair were reasonably priced. William was always responsive to the messaging through the Vrbo application from the date booked through following the stay. When the Mr. Coffee maker quit, William quickly responded and had a new one delivered within hours.Highly recommend if you need a fair amount of space for a reunion or if you just want a large space for yourself and spouse.

What a gorgeous home! The check-in was easy, kitchen was fantastic, bedrooms and mattresses were comfy, and the whole home was full of lovely, clean spaces. We enjoyed walking along the lake path, and got to the Lake Phalen beach one evening, which the kids loved. An afternoon trip to Stillwater was a highlight, especially eating at the German restaurant there which was tucked away in the woods. Of course, an evening at the mall of America was fun for all. A favorite spot was El Burrito market, about 15 minutes away, where you can take out all sorts of premade Mexican items like tamales, at least a dozen kinds of salsa, tres leche cakes in various flavors and much more. The Mississippi Market is a wonderful food co-op closer to the home and it’s a treat as well! Swede Hollow Café is a favorite spot for coffee and decadent breakfasts and lunches. Minnehaha Falls is a great spot to visit too.
