Relax in the middle of the city with a lake view and captivating sunsets in this spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath executive home at Flagship Rentals` Lake Phale Place! Right by Lake Phalen, with access to sandy beaches, canoe rentals, picturesque paved walk/bike paths, and a golf course. Quick access to the Mall of America, MSP International Airport, Grand Casino Arena, and downtown life.
Our pricing is set for four guests at the home. Any additional guests beyond the initial four will incur an extra $30 per guest. We provide this `value-added service` to ensure you`re billed only for the actual number of guests, not a flat rate for the entire property. This pricing structure aims to offer savings and flexibility to our guests, accommodating changes in group size or allowing smaller groups to stay with us. If the number of guests alters after booking, please inform us, and we will adjust the rate accordingly. We are dedicated to being flexible and accommodating, understanding that plans can change.
A signed Rental Agreement and a government photo ID are required for all reservations via a trusted third-party process to access our property.
*Guest Private Use and Access: Guests have exclusive private use of the 1st and 2nd floors of this 3-story home (the total guest space is 4,700 sq ft, five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and the front yard and stone patio overlooking Lake Phalen). There is a separate private access via the three-season porch. A shared driveway can accommodate two cars, and additional street parking is available. Our focus is on your privacy while renting Lake Phalen Place.
*Separate Owner`s Suite: The home`s lower level (basement) includes a separate private owner`s suite and attached garage. There is no cross-traffic or shared living spaces; it`s a separate entry. Guests cannot access or use the lower-level Owner`s Suite, backyard patio, or attached garage. The owner reserves the right to access and use the separate private owner`s suite at any time. We prioritize our Guests` privacy.
*We require a $250 preauthorization on your credit card, which will be released 7 days after checkout, unless there are damages or extra charges. Thank you for considering our home; we look forward to hosting you!

An absolutely terrific property!! We are a group of eight women who have rented this gorgeous Lake Phalen Place several times. Each time we return, we remark how perfect it is… Spacious. Quiet. Great beds. The kitchen is so well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, tea kettle, coffee appliances, even crock pots. The living room, kitchen, and dining room have plenty of seating for all of us. The location is so very lovely. Walks around the lake are a bonus, as well as the beautiful view, especially at sunset. More importantly the hosts are amazing! Thank you, Bill and Sakouna!!! We shall return!

Very well-maintained property. This may be the nicest property that faces Lake Phalen. Enjoyed the lake views from the kitchen inside dining and outside front patio. Several guests took advantage of the paved trails that circle the lake.Eight aunts, uncles, cousins appreciated us renting a central space to visit and rendezvous before and after wedding festivities. This was a great location to get in and out of downtown St. Paul and surrounding area. Uber to Mall Of America and the State Fair were reasonably priced. William was always responsive to the messaging through the Vrbo application from the date booked through following the stay. When the Mr. Coffee maker quit, William quickly responded and had a new one delivered within hours.Highly recommend if you need a fair amount of space for a reunion or if you just want a large space for yourself and spouse.
