Latitud sits on a calm side street, close enough to walk to 5th Avenue in five minutes and far enough to sleep undisturbed. Restaurants, beach clubs, supermarkets and the ferry to Cozumel are all within an easy walk.
GOOD TO KNOW
- Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out before 10:00 AM
- No smoking inside the penthouse, on the terrace or anywhere in the building
- No pets, in line with building policy
- No parties or events. The building enforces quiet hours
- Construction in the area: Playa del Carmen is a fast-growing destination. Nearby construction may occasionally occur and is outside our control
- Sargassum season: seaweed can wash ashore on Caribbean beaches between April and August. Local beach clubs regularly clear their areas, but conditions vary day to day
- Hurricane season runs June to November. Brief power or water interruptions are rare but possible during storms
