Good location. Great property staff and cleaning staff. The property is too large for the cleaning staff (one person - Teresa needs help). My wife and I did cleaning around the kitchen and dishes upon our arrival.
The property is dated and requires an immediate renovation. Towels and linens need replacement - very worn.
There was a tap water supply issues early on. Those issues did get resolved.
Previous repairs are very noticeable.
No exterior security door/barrier was an issue for my wife. Had to bring additional security measures.
This property is located in prime location. Great access to beach and 5th Avenue.
Again, the property requires a major renovation.
