Originally located on historic Pawleys Island, the home was deconstructed and rebuilt in 2005 to meet today’s standards—combining timeless craftsmanship with a fresh, inviting feel.

Located in the quiet North Litchfield Beach neighborhood, the home provides easy access to everything that makes the South Carolina coast special: the beach, Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, world-class golf courses, and the dining and nightlife of Murrells Inlet—all just minutes away.
